Shi
Kelly has been an entrepreneur throughout her career. She has built and managed business of various nature in both China and Australia. All of her business ventures have been extremely successful.
Prior to establishing Atlas Investment Services, Kelly also launched and managed a successful wholesale mortgage fund in Australia.

In 2007, Kelly established and managed the successful property development company, Titan Development in Melbourne, Australia. As a Property Development Director with in-depth knowledge and experiences in an extensive range of sectors, Kelly has created exceptional property assets by leading and managing teams through all aspects of the property acquisition, planning, development, due diligence, and funding process.

Jeffrey
Qiu
Jeffrey is the Director of Atlas Investment Services and also the Responsible manager of Atlas Investment Services’ Australian financial services licence.
As a director of Atlas Investment, Jeffrey leads the fund operations and maintenance teams. He also provides strategic direction of the business to the committees, including implementing and monitoring corporate governance and operational risk management strategies.
With the extensive experience in financial services and fund management, Jeffrey initiated the launching the fund while monitoring markets and macroeconomic factors.
