Objective of the Fund:

The investment objective of the Fund is to generate fixed income returns for investors by predominately investing in Loans to borrowers for the purpose of funding the acquisition and/or development of real estate in Australia, secured by first or second ranking mortgages over real properties.

Who manages the Atlas Prestige Property Fund?

 

Atlas Investment Services is the Trustee of the Atlas Prestige Property Fund. It is also the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence. (AFSL No. 524041).

Who can invest in the Atlas Prestige Property Fund?

 

The Fund is available to wholesale investors only. To qualify as a wholesale investor, you must:

  • Invest $500,000 or more in the Fund, or

  • Provide a certificate from a qualified accountant stating that you have at least $2.5 million of net assets or has gross income of at least $250,000 for each of the last 2 financial years, or

  • A "professional investor" as defined in the Corporations Act. 

What type of investment classes are available in the Atlas Prestige Property Fund?

 

Through the Atlas Prestige Property Fund, you can choose to invest in a specific loan investment opportunity or in a portfolio of first mortgage investment selected by Atlas Investment Services through the Pooled Class (Class A) units.

 

The specific details of the loan investments are contained in the Supplementary Information Memorandum relevant to the particular Class.

What are the underlying investment assets in the Atlas Prestige Property Fund?

The Atlas Prestige Fund predominately invests in loans to borrowers for the purpose of funding the acquisition and/or development of real estate in Australia, secured by first or second ranking mortgages over real properties.

 

The specific details of the loan including the selection criteria are contained in the Supplementary Information Memorandum relevant to the particular Class.

The Pooled Class (Class A) will predominantly invest in a pool of loans which are directly or indirectly secured by first mortgages over Australian real estate.

How long am I required to stay invested in the Atlas Prestige Property Fund?

 

Minimum investment terms will apply for investment(s) in the Atlas Prestige Property Fund. Generally, you will not be able to withdraw your investment prior to end of the minimum investment period. The minimum investment term is set out the Supplementary Information Memorandum for each Class. 

 

For the Pooled Class (Class A) units, there is a minimum investment term of 12 months.

What is the target return for the Atlas Prestige Property Fund?
